Thanks for this information. One question. I did not receive an email from a director saying our jobs were safe, was this email sent to one particular role? Not to all of HAH?

I agree that MF very rarely gives a direct answer or at all to any questions asked, however for the first time he did give a somewhat decent answer to the question of the RS role.

In simple terms, he stated that 1. There will definitely still be a need for members to be enrolled in the service, and 2. They are still working on determining an estimate of about how many members we really need to enroll and how severe their health is, and 3. He stated that we would have answers by July pretty much.

Many associates did not understand or listen because of his incredibility, which is understandable, but for once I do believe that he was being somewhat transparent, at least the most he has ever been.

Either way, there is no need to worry about your jobs RS's. SW sent an email out basically telling us that we will still be needed to do our job and we do not need to be worried.

As far as any new changes, the only thing would probably be our job itself. For those of you STILL worried, let's look at the worst case scenario which is still unlikely because the Director would not have sent that email out if he even felt there was a SLIGHT chance of us getting laid off because it would upset people and damage his reputation, the worst case scenario would be that if they do lay off some RS, it will most likely be VERY few and far between and that decision will not be based off of f seniority but by your merit and work you have done.

I hope that cleared up some things for some of you!

Ah, it they're being transparent, from their point of view!

I wonder why they plan so many town halls and all calls when the meetings themselves provide no information whatsoever. We all leave scratching our heads trying to figure out the nonsensical jargon they are spewing at us. Just because they are big words, doesn't mean they make sense when you put them together in a sentence. And the sentences that do make sense have no substance and provide no real information whatsoever. They tell us not to speculate but force us to read between the lines. They are paying 300+employees to sit in these meetings?? Schedule them when you actually plan to tell us something!! Please and thank you.

Yes like other poster said! The meetings and responses go in circles! Crazy overly verbal nonsensical circles. Just cut to the chase and simply explain.

That sounds right. I was thinking when he was answering that I need to listen to the recording of the meeting to try to get the meaning of the answer. These meetings go in circles and only a few key words mean anything.

My take on it was that they are still working on what future of enrollments will look like. I got the impression enrollments would be sporadic and they were unsure when they would happen. It didn't sound optimistic for the RS position.
