Anybody knows why an HCM team (mainly SWs) now has two coaches? Why do we need two? Why the constant change? It seems we start a brand new job every 3 months with new coaches, with team members moved to other teams, with a brand new process making us so confused yet having to meet quota or you get fired! Can Humana get it together once and for all???

PHC coaches were interviewing nurses for SNP last week. Sounds like they are doing just that, floating until all the newly hired nurses are trained and ready
These are coaches that their team was laid off and they are floating until they get a team.
They are hiring RN HCM's for H@H. Interviewing and orientation classes going on now.
"Hiring new associates"????? But firing thousands???? How does that work???
I know they are hiring a lot of new associates because of the very high turnover. I would guess extra coach will be taking over new team with all of the hires.
Good luck getting a reason. Communication is not exactly Humana's strong suit.
On a bright note, we can all add "detective" to our resumes, the way this year has been going, trying to figure out what's what.
Maybe they're going to rearrange more teams so they're saving the second coach for that scenario ?
Nope, small team, less than 15 I believe, it is very strange.
Haven't heard the double coach scenario! Do you have a large team?
