Please baby Jesus. Save us from this dumb business Wall Street people. All I want to do is make this world a better place. ~engineer
I would agree with the below posting about Aerospace is only good at measuring metrics, building charts, and sending out emails. Very top heavy leadership organization with layers of butt kissing VPs and directors. Maybe FedEx/Kinkos will hire them for outstanding chart graphics
I have an MBA.
Oh come on metrics,charts,email,5s are the best ever. 😂
Running a business is tough. It's even tougher if you're a stupid dipshit. AERO is ran by stupid dipshits who couldn't turn a profit if their lives depended on it. These are the clowns who are going to be looking for work when AERO tanks and the only thing they know how to do is look at metrics, build charts, and send emails.
They will only spin off if they think on its own Aero new company stock would do well. Likely not the case as it is mature business. Really think they want to sell to get the cash to use for stock buybacks and dividend increases. Running an Aero business too much work for bean counters.
God I hope they sell aero!!!
This can be good for us
Yep all that matters is more money for the executives & shareholders.
No, not an IPO. They plan to separate Aerospace from Honeywell and either give it a new name or sell it. It will have it own board of directors, stock, and CEO. If they sell it, then new company will just take over aerospace sites and all infrastructure. It is too rarely to tell - this is the exploration phase. But based on the wall street response to the news, it is almost a guarantee it will happen. Honeywell only cares about revenue and stock prices at any cost to its employees.
