Just heard that all U.S. payroll personell were layed off and payroll outsourced to PR. Trump should look at HW.

Trump my is looking to hand over cold hard cash to Honeywell in the form of defense funds.
My group looked at PR. Also had the input from Aerospace pulling back. Didn't go there--couldn't make it work financially versus the team in the US. Too small a group to make it worth our effort. But don't think for a minute that leadership won't keep looking. No desire for headcount in HCRs.
The payroll jobs are going to MEXICO not PR. Mexico isn't a US territory.
I say we dump PR. Let the Cubans or Russians have it.

Payroll has been great, accurate, on time, etc for 25+ years. Glad I won't need to count on that soon. I doubt it will be as reliable - based on other interactions with PR.

I know that PR is a part of the U.S. $*@! head, but I also know that for the jobs going there people who work at my plant are losing there jobs!!!!!!!

The only secure jobs at Honeywell are those in HR. They'll be the last ones to go when the ship sinks. Imagine having to lay yourself off and give yourself severance, lol.
HW Aerospace tried this before, outsourced CSRs to Puerto Rico and it did not go well.
