Nasscom has become hub exploitative employment mafia.
Their guidelines and policies are aligned to subjugate indian employees to boost profits of family run Indian IT compnaies (TCs, Techm , wipro, hcl).
if nascom say guys above 40 cant learn tech, what those dummy ceo from finance background like gurnanni, nayyer doing at the helm of IT firms (most probably manipulating results to boost stock value).
Just say:
"PD you are fired"
No need for this big article.
The is paid news published by corrupt Mumbai media groups on behalf Nasscom affiliated Indian It services companies.
These companies as part of strategy to keep salaries low and profit margins high started preventing older work force from working on new technologies and forcibly put them management roles where in they are made to mentor and polish poor quality campus hires. to keep offering cheap billing rates to US client and maintain slavery type working conditions (12-14 hours work daily and weekend working without compensation etc)
This process started around 2008-2009 and invented by Anand mahindra of mahindra group which took over large IT firms satyam thro som mittal nasscom then chairman.
Now to claim SEZ tax exemptions by hiring freshers they are using this kind dubious practices.
Seniors are being rotated into irrelevant roles for a year or two and them moved bench and prevented from getting allocated to projects and then forced to resign under threat to ruin career.
Just shoot letter to PMO of India to remove tax exemptions for IT seZs
