I spent nearly 30 years at Xerox and am so glad I left. The leadership is lame and there is no value of the people that work hard to try and make it work. Very sad.

Well - typical of Xerox. They bought a great business in Wilsonville and totally mismanaged it. I had > 25 years there and it was wonderful until Xerox become involved. You just saw it deteriorate every day and die a slow death. I left a couple of years ago and life is so much better now.

Very sad... The WV engineering team did a fantastic job on new product development and launch only to be thanked by a pink slip. A once great division brought down to dust... lots of friends and colleagues included myself effected by Rochester's poor management of the CPID old business model. We kicked a-- for decades only to be Xerox'ed to death. All focus on multiple reports for the same info, micro managed every step, and mass amount of pressure to perform to unrealistic budgets. Good bye Xerox cause you won't make to see Jan 2018...

Been gone from XC WV a while (and glad I am!!), but just heard from friends that all of engineering is out the door. Last time Ursula was there, she had the gall to tell the assembled employees she is paid enough. Sad.
