Has any older (60+) HW employees been involuntarily RIFed on the basis of no work and not performance (no PIP, no lower L, good standing)? How can you fight an age discrimination case where Honeywell states there is no work when in fact there is work? Does anyone know of such a case that was fought?

Uhhh, EEOC, not EECO
http://www.eeoc.com/
Never heard of that happening
File a complain with EECO.
As a contractor there one time I was purposefully replaced by 2 Indians, and was told so. But when you are a contractor, you have no rights and are always quickly expendable. That's one reason why I would never work there again.
