DXC has turned into a pimp shop. The 401k is a joke, depending on your contribution level you could save the change you accumulate over a year and it will be bigger than the contribution the company will make to your 401K. You are always in fear of getting let go no matter how exceptional you are. You are a cost that hopefully aligns to an open position, you have no name, and you have no choice, you take it or you're out. The leadership is,...wait seriously they only here because they would have no way of making the same money elsewhere. One leader on our all staff calls sounded like a blitzed drunk who didn't bother reading their own deck, Upper management in USPS is mediocre, and I'm one of them mate. Cheers!

That is so pure and true on mediocrity. Not all though. I am sure most management folks are divorced or reside in a dysfunctional environment at work, at home and in any social setting. I just think it is s sham how management has that innate ability and slick skill to maneuver around the system and stay employed. They are so very desperate for that paycheck and leave all else trampled on, collegues, friends, family, spouses and more. Glad I don't have to deal with that dung anymore.
