HPE manager WFR'd & rehired at DXC USPS within last 30-days

Incredulously, an HPE ES Data Engineering manager (sub-par) without any prevelant or rare technical skills was WFR'd from HPE last month and has now been re-hired as a manager in public sector DXC by a former manager...evidently, the good 'ole boy network preempts DXC HR.

The rehired manager had the audacity to send an email, today, bragging to his former HPE Org about his rehiring into USPS after he had WFR'd his employees over the past few years.

How does this happen?

About the only dead wood left are in management positions, it's like living in the dark side of Dilbert every day!

I worked at HPE USPS for a year in business development in cost and pricing and while I liked my manager and peers, the company was a complete CF. Hair on fire capture managers, constant fighting with operations, proposal team - land of broken toys. I was so glad to get out and even more glad now

The man clearly has no ambition. I too was WFRd at the end of March. I start my new job with a completely separate employer next Tuesday. I got the job on merit not network.

DXC can kiss my a--.
