How are these posts not factual? There are some jobs to apply for in a central location. Probably far from where most live who can't uproot families and sell homes to move. And there 1/3 of the jobs avail compared to how many were laid off.
It's not a lay off. You can still have a job if you really want it. It's a shame these posts aren't factual.
