It is official now. Management team just told the troops the Galway Innovation Centre is closing in January of next year. It does not surprise any of us we are a major expense with very little revenue associated with our centre. I will miss you everyone we the times comes, but this all makes sense for the greater AVAYA good.

To clarify, Avaya don't have a innovation centre. Nor do they have 2 offices.
More b---s--- FAKE news
To clarify, the innovation centre is an office in Galway not it the main Galway site. They will not be renewing the lease on that office in January. No Avaya employees are affected.
Check the site rules, names not allowed
Galway is S**T, Pune is HIT.
And who are the Management team? Give a name and we'll verify? The Galway is very much alive and kicking and is the heart beat of contact centre, without it there is no Avaya.
FAKE NEWS, Sour grapes from an ex-employee
Where do yee come up with this sh--. - NOT HAPPENING, in the words of The Don, FAKE NEWS.
We don't give sh--e here we all just waiting for the payoff as Galway is buzzing with job opportunities most have 2 to 3 offers in the bag but we want our money and it's party time Yipeeeee

Pune lost most of the talent from almost every business unit. Now only YES man culture is thriving. And they are making sure that remaining experienced people who are very technical and very ethical will leave as soon as possible.
If things continue this way then Pune will surely comes on the list.
Hey Pune , you still there ?
At least it's not as bad as Pune. Most of us will be layed off before January
and everywhere else where there is Avaya. It's OVER.
