Guys any update from India?
India will go as soon as another country is cheaper. Those 22% raises are pricing you right into a layoff. I can see the help wanted signs being created for North Korea soon.
When will the overpaid unannounced L4 L5 be cut?

First round: Notifications 4/17. Out on 4/21. Billion in 2017. Total 2.85B by 2020. US goes to front of line. Haven't gotten around workers councils in Emea yet but working hard at it. Severance published. Max of 8 weeks and it starts after you're notified. If you must work to turn over work. You work your severance.
DXC Layoffs in USA have started
I have an Indian boss (I'm uk based) by far he is the biggest prick I have worked for. Sure he has a few plus points, but in terms of management material he is the worst of all my managers.
Tantrums, hasn't got a clue, constant interruptions, only he knows best, making me do all his work, random Skype messages... you name it.
No sympathy for us brits, lies about what he knows...
It's cuz of people like him that India gets a bad rep and very few care if you get booted or not.
Dxc doesn't care about about you. Just bend over and kiss your a-- good bye.
One week notice of lay off, can't wait until it's there turn, it's coming sooner than later.
Having India laid off is not that far fetched, as Lithuania Is the up and coming country now
