From Davy and his minion: Our General Managers must set a higher bar for their organizations. They should be intensely focused on results and winning in their markets. While we don’t want anyone to act like an ogre, the General Manager’s role is to be bold and push for performance – not to try to please everybody. We want a collegial but driven organization, with managers who are more hands-on than hands-off.
Truly nothing more than sanctioned bullying. "...don't want anyone to act like an ogre...." Please, they surely don't think the workforce is THAT stupid to think that we don't know that results mean everything and the workers mean nothing.
