Can confirm other companies are hiring like crazy. I left for a management position at a new company and will be hiring someone from Honeywell. I've made several referrals for Honeywell colleagues, a couple of which are moving towards offers. The remainder are promising. I was referred by a colleague that came over first. This is all in a time span on a few months. All the HR departments at other aerospace and medical companies know that the talent is flooding out of Honeywell, and they're ready to snap the talent up.
If you're looking, don't forget about new space or new aero companies as well. You might avoid slave shops like SpaceX but there's a huge need for aerospace experience out there.
Since Honeyhell is reaching for us old guys, try being 59 yo with a ton of experience
I literally had a company call me and tell me they are looking for a college grad right out of school. When I told them I'd take 1/2 of my chrrdnt salary as I'm retired, they say all the best to you.
That's ok as I'm financially secure but st what age is the breaking point?

What a crock of sh1t!! Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, and a score of other tech companies are poaching Honeywell employees as fast as they can make offers. This site needs to ban the HR and executive trolls frpm accessing this site.
