Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

HIPAC, contribute or ?....

Expect calls from two or three levels above you asking to sign up for HIPAC. Interesting how those calls come a week or two before your performance review. Before you salute and click yes-sir! visit wiki leaks and search the DNC emails for "honeywell". Decide then if that is how you want your money spent. https://wikileaks.org/dnc-emails .....but it isn't your money is it... it is honeywell money. What idiot would give 1% of their salary ? 60k for a hotel room meeting in Philly ? Pay for access. I wonder how many laid off were HIPAC members? That doesn't go in the book they mail out.

I absolutely refused to donate. I have never had a bad review or any negative happen to me.

I urge you to keep your money. Especially in times such as these.

I stopped mine, went to bare minimum. When my congressman started re-facebooking that Milo Alt-right guy, I told Harriet MC exactly why I dropped mine.

HON - you have to be kidding. You want me to make contributions after benefit reductions (401K, medical coverage, pension, etc) and no merit increases and furloughs. Let Cote make a contribution from his bonus.

I was hounded for years and finally caved 3 years show and gave the minimum. However, after the second furlough was announced, I cancelled all contributions to the lobby group of Honeyhell and like others here, I was never asked why.

Cancel it. It's simple. I've done it and I know others that have also done it. Not one phone call so far asking why.

I was. They will also take it out of your severance pay. You can't figure out how to stop the contributions from your desk at work much less from your couch at home.
