Don't worry we ain't here to take your job we are here to make sure you have a job to come back to when you get the packages that you deserve that's all don't hate us you should really be grateful we are willing to step in and cross them lines not alot of people have the balls to cross a picket line abd this is coming from an ex union member who left because of all the politics when i swore in, there was a union meeting everyone in the room was going crazy on whether or not to put $1 an hour in our pocket or on our benefits the whole room wanted it in their pockets so we(they did since I wasn't a journeyman and couldn't vote) but needless to say it went towards benefits and afterwards there was a big argument casing the voting rigged and everything else unions are a good and bad thing good for pay and benefits bad for politics but yeah again be thankful we're here ur you might not have Place to come back to 8 months down the like

No one said there keeping up. They out source all the work then Honeyhell tells everyone there keeping up. No matter how you look at it, scabs are scabs and Honeyhell hired them to replace you.

If Honeywell has been able to maintain people locked out in SB and continue production with these so-called scabs, what makes you think Minneapolis is any different? Honeywell has the training down pretty good, almost to an art. They (Engineers) know what they are doing and what they want, so it won't to long to get this training down, especially since these scabs been in town for sometime now. Don't blame them, they ain't here to take anyone's job away. They are here to fill in the gap and move on once you all settle your differences. See what y'all vote this Sunday.

Unless you get Hoffa back the teamsters are just dead in the water. Honeyhell is good at outsorsing work. Hope you get lockout pay. Unemployment don't last for ever. But we will give you pointers on how to build a strong hut.

The UAW thought all of that, and so did USW in Metroplis, Illinois - twice. Honeywell has hundreds of millions of dollars to wait you out. They very likely also have a stock buildup in warehouses around your plants just waiting for you to say no to a garbage contract, just like they did everywhere else. Think about your production levels over the last year...you don't think they sold all of it, do you?

All union workers think they can't do without you. That may be true in the long run, but you are so sadly wrong in the short run. And to a company like Honeywell, the short term has proven to be a year or more. Good luck. I promise not to laugh too hard when you find out you were wrong.

1) These scabs will not be able to keep up with the demand.

2) These scabs will not be able to meet the high standards of quality expected by Honeywell.

3) Honeywell, more specifically, Minneapolis Aero needs us (union workers) far more then they are willing to admit.

4) How much is Honeywell/Allied willing to lose in poor quality, missed customer delivery, and potential lost contracts due to #1 and #2 above? I'm willing to bet it wont be much.

5) Our demands are not asking to much in any way. We want better Health Care, Pensions to remain how they are, our OT to remain how it is and same as our pay.

6) Hey Dave Cote....How many millions does it take to live comfortably? Meanwhile you and your elite are trying to strip the middle class of all we have left.....and all we have to look forward to. Our CEO was in bed with Obama and this is what happens. Garbage health coverage, garbage pension plans, and garbage 401k. But we (the union workers) are supposed to work longer hours, without getting the OT pay we once had, produce more product, have less defects, and not strike?

It's laughable that Mpls is being compared to SB and that the word lockout has been brought up. Labor relations and the union in SB have had a contentious working relationship for years, with an HR manager that made an already bad situation worse. That caused the union leadership to disengage. The situation in Mpls is nothing like that. The workforce in Mpls has specific technical training, too, and that can't be replicated by scabs. There may be a short lived strike, but there won't be a lockout. Honeywell will cave to the union's demands, they can't afford not to.

If they're already on site, you are already locked out. Pack up your stuff and get the heat on at the union hall.

No Union or its leaders are strong enough to keep Honeyhell from locking you out. Lock out or strike they will get you out of the plant. If you start seeing white vans around the scabes are in town. And be brave enough to use you name on this sight.

The leaders of the Teamsters in Minneapolis aren't a bunch of a-wholes like the leaders of the UAW in South Bend. There will not be a lockout in Minneapolis.

Don't hold your breath. South bend has been locked out for eight months and they have spent millions to keep the UAW out and they have had new contracts with the military. Honeyhell only cares about the share holders. They lie over and over, but Trump will fix it. Oh wait he lies too.

Your union is in a very unique position to bargain from. Unique skill set. Not easily worked by scabs. Make the powers that be sweat. Time for HI elite that there is no substitute to employees that love their jobs and are recognized according by the company versus threats to send jobs to low cost regions or abroad. Take Honeywell to task. Make them sweat as you have done quarter after quarter and year after year so the executive elite canmake their bonuses. Not fair! Honeywell sux . . . monetary reward is based on who you blow and not on what you know and contribute.
