ISC town-hall today. Did anyone catch the comment that the Production buyer and NPI buyer were supposed to be the same person. Great news... When was the memo going to come out? You can forget about getting the 777 NPI programs completed on time. Who was the genius who thought it would be a great idea to qualify hardware in Mexicali? Good luck with that. We can now all see that you are totally disconnected from reality. ALT laid off so many good people and just forced the additional work on the few people left with zero training. Mikey you own this. I have a great idea, why don't you assign more project/program people (who don't know what they are doing) to write e-mails all day from Phx to Torrance to track what the few people left are not doing. I'm sure everyone will put in those 11-12 hr. days at the plant to catch up now that we can't work from home LoL. Whatever happened to team buy in? Why don't you take a poll how many people like the new office remodel? You are absolutely correct.... everyone feels like ALT furloughed ISC to pay for new furniture and your bonus. It was so inspiring to listen how bad you felt about RIF's and furloughs and then brag about the millions spent on the remodel.... Really??? You don't know how to improve morale?

It's no secret that Honeywell plans on selling licenses "product of Honeywell" to 3rd part companies and then sell software to go with the hardware (Software/Industrial). An empty shell company with low cost region employees designing software. Honeywell will just collect the $$...
I'm glad I won't be around very much longer....
Just wait for it. Be patient.
Why would this move to Celestica? That only applies to two Honeywell sites
Why did you post an ISC comment under Honeywell, this post should move to the Celestia thread.
the last site leaders told me personally he had to leave Honeywell before he said somethign he would regret
What did he say about the Tempe building?
The ALT only cares about profits and lining their own pockets. They care not about employees or morale. Just keep doing as little as you can get away with till you retire or find a better company to work for. Slow and steady wins the race here.
Trump will fix it, LMAO
ha ha .... you're right, site leaders last 2yrs at Torrance
Poor Torrance. Mexicali is building on the last piece of ground they have so they take product out of Torrance. 777 RAT is going followed by the small one still here.
ALT cares less about us and have always complained. They can't even keep a site leader long enough to make any long term changes that stick.
It is all about everyone else giving to them, never the other way around. Supplier contributions, employee contributions, I was shocked that they are giving raises. A penny prolly.
