There is no such thing as a "stylish" fridge magnet. They are the most useless items ever known to man

we laid off all our staff over the age of 40 in our geomarket which helped us push our margins up to record levels and a record bonus for myself and the team. we focus on younger cheaper staff and pay a lot of attention to following SWIs, etc. So far its working like a dream and we are getting lots of kudos from upper management driving the transformation does work in our case. That said our clients are complaining somewhat about lack of experience but hey.......they aint paying the money for that right now so they can take a run and jump

My story is one where we cut our costs by 25% by more efficient supplier management. We threatened them so much that they accepted the deals but the downside is what we didn't expect.

We only have one supplier now when we had seven before and their service is terrible and I think we saved some money but we lose more because now they are late all the time with the delivery of materials and the quality of the materials is terrible but it is cheaper and it looks good for our bosss with the saving

Not very exciting I know but true nonetheless
