Very revealing. Sounds like a lot of the nonsense I've had to deal with. Let's see if this gets posted.

PS Ms "Masters of Science" from my many, many years of experience. if you have a "stereotypical" accent... lose it. That only works for UK, French, Italian, German, and Czech republic types.
Hi Ms "Masters of Science" I am also an over qualified minority ISC guy. I can verify what you are saying is spot on. My experience: It is what I've done with the money I earned outside of Honeywell that has secured my financial future. I've personally made it possible for those type women that were not qualified to get those promotions. I help whoever asks me regardless who they are. It did kind of bother me when I found out they took credit for all the program success. I have no more mountains left climb... so I come to work everyday, but focus on my outside investments. I can tell you that Honeywell does not value diversity like they say. You will need to make a few career moves to achieve the type of advancement you want. Good Luck
I say to you "Prove the good ones are real".
I never claimed they were real. The SEEM legit and I have no good reason to doubt their existence.
Someone (you?) posted a claim that they were fake. That's why I'm asking for proof, which it appears doesn't exist.
You are a Honeywell paid troll
Am I allowed to ask for proof of this or would that make me a "moron"?
Wow! DITTO , you are spot on. I have been in Honeywell for 15 years, and as a foreigner, female engineer. With more than enough education (Master of Science) and qualifications. I can say in these 15 years, I have had no career advances, even though I asked and EARNED it every year. Other women in my same team have had at least 3 promotions in less than 5 years. Women with no experience and no qualifications. I have never had to do what these women did to get those promotions, granted! I have enough knowledge and education so I don't need to kiss a$$! Honeywell is indeed a HORRIBLE company to work for, where as my boss told me: "Do not try to look for logical explanations on why things happen in Honeywell the way they do, in this company, nothing makes sense, and nothing is fair!". My boss is one on the good people there, but upper management.... well... if you are not going to say something kind, stay quiet!
The environment is toxic. There are no goals. No results. No leadership. No support. Just weld repair or grind plate grind the org until it sells.
Glassdoor I'd heavily edited. Don't buy it.
Yes, I work here. Yea, the recent cost cutting s---s but it's otherwise a good gig.
You ask for proof that the good ones are fake? OMG! Do you work there? If so you already know that's just not possible. LOL!
The difference is the bad reviews are not FAKE
Ok. I ask again... proof that the good ones are fake?
I worked for this company for 7+ years and during layoff, a person less qualified and with very limited knowledge was retained but I was asked to leave. Most who knew my capabilities were surprised and are still keeping contacts. I felt it was because I could not kiss *** . I had enough knowledge and expertise about the specific areas and subjects so I didn't have to and probably they didn't like that. It was well planned so it does not look obvious. My manager changed for some time to the one who had less experience and of course no power with him and then he had to ask me that as part of workforce reduction my position was going away !! It is not the same working environment what used to be few years back. It changed significantly since around 2013 or so.
The difference is the bad reviews are not FAKE
HR pays trolls to go on Glassdorr and write fake reviews to boost Honeywells image.
Proof?
I have seen a coordinated effort on this site to bombard glass door with BAD reviews.
HR pays trolls to go on Glassdorr and write fake reviews to boost Honeywells image. Also saw where they hired a few of those reputation defender companies and that is part of what they do. Honeywell knows this, but they do not acknowledge the practices of these companies so they can have deniability.
This is astonishingly accurate. And accurate in the white collar ranks as well.
I wonder how many fake reviews get posted to glass door in hopes no one will notice how bad things are. An EII in Glendale gave four stars?! "Great Company"...hopefully prospective employees see this has fake written all over it and steer clear.
Nonsensical behaviors (extreamily subjective and no real relevance to being a GREAT think out of the box creative engineer) as well as a very subjective 9 block grading system when it comes time for performance assessments and the merit increases that supposedly follow. If you are looking to work for an engineering activity that you can wrap you soul around and feel real passion about your job forget this loser. Honeywell is all about disappointment and heart ache for career aspirations that are stifled by dogma of compliance and obediance . . . Free thinking will be smashed as will be your SOUL.
