Honeywell is one of the very few corporations that do not want to know what employees think and feel about the company. They just ram changes down from the top without getting any input from the stakeholders that need to execute their madness.
I feel Honeywell is more like a cult these days, leaders like Cote remind me of David Mcavichbof Scientology. The "12" behaviors that they use to judge employees, sounds so much like brain washing cults. No tolerance for free thought or any questioning.
Cote once told a woman she was very brave or a sacrifice for raising controversial issues at one of his town hall meetings.
Heath Patrick was asked at one of his townhall meetings about the new vacation policy and he struggled for answers because he did not know what was in it, he told that employee "never ask me a question like that again" and thus the superior persons of the cult leaders begins to show cracks.
There is a Dave Cote personal fan page called Honeywell Direct. I have never seen a company that publishes so many article exclusively about the CEO for items that do NIT relate to the business AT ALL. They are all personal items, like Cote giving a commencement speech at some school, or being voted on by some college coaches.
