Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

RIFS should be done for now

I work for the Aerospace side and we had our RIF happen the day back from the Holiday shutdown. If you made it past 1/4 you should be safe until the next RIF. That was direct from my manager. Moral is at an all time low. If you haven't left my recommendation is to get out while you still can. Look for another job while you still have the luxury of a paycheck.

The game is to sell a license for each site to produce a "Product by Honeywell" part and then have cheap India software for the customer. Honeywell will be an empty shell that just sells software for purchased parts. No taxes, regulations, Gov't agencies, OSHA, employees, retirement for them to deal with.

The RIFs will never end until everyone in the US is gone. Everyone should have figured this out by now. Go. Away.

I have it on good authority that you are not correct. While some teams may be done, there are at least a few that will happen this week in orgs that already bled last week.
