I wish my manager would wise up and not take it anymore. She couldnt bring herself to say the name of the person she just RIF'd 30 minutes before, she referred to them as "it" " we were involved in the RIF and it's over now" never even saying who it was.
I wish just once she would man up and tell us one on one what we need to be doing.
She's as dumb as a box of rocks and probably believes everything they tell her.
She is more concerned over structure of an email and who's on it than lives working as hard as they can to simply feed their family.

Maybe ALT used their millions in bonuses to buy themselves a clue about why their company is circling the bowl. But, that would be assuming that they have common sense and that common sense has overcome their all-consuming greed.
Its AMAZING this organization has resulted to such dare I say.. grass root tactics against leadership. They are scared for a reason..
The only reason people are on this site on the very first place is because there is no communication between employees and leadership. So people seek knowledge via alternate methods. It's natural for people to seek other sources.
If the retards at the top were straightforward with everyone, nobody would be here and probably we wouldn't be in this mess. But incompetence is indeed extremely high at top level. If we were a small company we would have gone into bankruptcy a thousand times over.

No one wants to cover for the ALT anymore, they have proven to be feckless and cowardly in communicating with their employees
I would think everyone in Honeywell should be watching this site. I've been monitoring for months and most so called 'rumors' become truths. It's our own 'heads-up' site.
