I see all senior people working in Pune office...so did they fired freshers?...how that going to save cost.

Avaya IT team server support staff reduced by 40%. Avaya has not renewed contract of consultants.
Being laid off is stigmatized in India. I suppose that's the reason for the secrecy. Most people are coaxed into leaving on their own I guess.
Mostly managers and sr mgrs are leaving .......they are not asked to go but voluntary decision i guess.

Only 4 ??? They are a dime a dozen over there. They will hire 10 to replace the 4 soon
