Today our group had one VRIF and one INVRIF. The second one makes no sense. Moral is sub-par.

Hate to break it to you but this will be going on all year they do not see a recovery till mid 2018 so expect rif and furloughs all year and first quarter 2018 you can count on it my advice look for a new company and move on its a sinking ship and leadership is clueless the are just trying o save there jobs at anyone's cost good luck and happy job hunting plenty of jobs out there looking for talent
I am so sorry!!! I went through this last year, I was one of 1,000+ RIF'd....can't believe they are STILL RIF'ing!
If moral is sub-par, go to church.
