Enterprise reporting is product based...similar to what we had before 2005 before we moved to sbu reporting. Basically the profit/loss accountability moves away from sbu leadership and to some to-be formed product alignment that they are calling enterprises. Dmc has always hated the sbu alignment ("we don't sell sbu's"). I expect the new org will be something like electrical, services and sowftware, mechanical components, engines/apu. I don't know anything for sure on the new structure, however, that's conjecture on my part...

I also delete those emails without reading. Also declined his clown hall this week. I also am fresh out of fcks to give! No raises. More RIFs. More furloughs. More bullsht. I couldn't give two shts what happens to HON anymore. We are all getting RIFd at some point so who even cares? I just go through the motions and cash my checks. All of my personal items are home; my cube looks like no one sits there.
