For the 2016 and 2017 involuntary RIF persons, does anyone know of any age discrimination court cases being brought against Honeywell?

Allied-Signal was up to their neck in age discrimination lawsuits years ago. They've changed their name but not their practices. First thing to do is talk to the EEOC. HON has plenty of lawyers and their whole employee evaluation system, replete with phony allegations of poor performance, is tailor made to defend against age discrimination suits. I wouldn't be surprised if there is blacklist of anyone who pursues this route.
