I got in trouble today because I refuse to participate in the Aerospace Reorganization survey. This is the type of leadership that expects employees to respect them?
Isn't there something wrong with this picture?
Why would anybody "stick with us", if people are being punished for not taking a survey?
What good is a survey if you can't be honest? Honeyhell doesn't care about honesty, just tell them how great they're doing until you can get out,
So I answer no to one of those questions. I'm a new employee so have no idea about the old structure. Got a meeting in my calendar with my manager and HR do the can explain me how we're going to enable growth with the new reorg. After that I got a second survey where of course I answered yes to all even though not my manager or HR could really tell me HOW we're going to promote growth. Lol! I will answer no more surveys from now on
They don't expect you to respect them, they just demand fiat. Face facts that there are few people in position of management in Honeywell with any realistic experience in leadership. Leadership in Honeywell is all smoke and mirrors.

dude it was like a 5 question survey to where you had to answer just "yes" to every question. yes we all know it is baloney. but that is what corporate life is all about.

That wasn't a survey. It's worse than communist propaganda. The only option you had was "Yes". Clicking no meant your manager gets notified so he can "re-educate" you. So all you had was a Yes. WTF kind of survey is that?
