Clearwater HOS(Defense and Space) no longer Silver

We all know Clearwater ISC leadership were manipulating the numbers in an effort to get HOS-Silver. (Other sites have done the same, cherry picking programs to report as green) Looks like they were downgraded to Bronze. The sad thing is that our quality has plumited for the last 3 years and our ALT has been getting their bonuses and patting each other on the back instead of recognizing the trend. We need some kind of accountability - they have destroyed the good Honeywell name and now the trickle of top talent is accelerating. Poor leadership and a focus on HOS destroyed Honeywell. Now Darius wants to "re-anchor" HOS. Come on Darius, you need to wake up quickly or the house of cards Dave is leaving you will crumble. You can't apply the same tool to such a portafolio of technologies and requirements. We need to move away from metics management and actually manage. Those EEI and Yield metrics are a disaster waiting to happen. Just take a look at Wells Fargo. Wake up ALT, the reorg is not going to help us. I think the lemon is dry.

You mean any sentient person in Honeywell pays attention to the nonsensical HOS?

Not sure how they can justify Bronze, metrics are horrrible and leadership is the worst ever. The site needs to go back to the basics and forget trying to game the metrics. Teamwork is non-exsistant. Departments just blame each other for missing deliveries and budget overruns. Good thing they have some cost plus programs but times they are a changein

Rumor has it that several sites were promoted just to make the HOS Metics for the process. Some were promoted with specific targets waived.....or so the rumor goes.

Hmm...downgraded to Bronze, this won't look good for ol' Diggy then! Might have to payback the Merit bonus!

As a customer once asked, "HOS? Is that the newest advertising slogan?".

HOS is great and one of the best tools Honeywell has to improve reproducibility, quality, and profits. The reason it has failed is due to complacent employees who are set on their ways and refuse to embrace change.

You can only stare at the toilet so long before you have to flush.

HOS will clog up and bog down what was once a great company. Sadly we've retreated to making bad fecal jokes out of a once great Aerospace company.

If there is then please flush it. Keep a plunger handy because you will need it.

They have made no official announcement about being downgraded to bronze. Why would they keep this a secret from the employees?

What would those people do if they get rid of all those useless charts and graphs that are cheerfully (LMAO) gone over every morning with no clear indication as to their worthiness?
