Nobody does, all they can talk about is work or moaning culture (for good reason) used to but they were either released or smart enough to leave like me. It really is a sad depressing place to work.
It is not the smart ones left in SLB it is only the too lazy to get a apply themselves for a new job or addicted to the SLB bureaucracy

Nope, they gossip too much. Trust no one...it's like they "want" you to do good, but the moment you are doing better than them, or got a better assignment, they start backstabbing/sabotaging. It's like working with envious children.
You certainly can't trust anyone in the oil service game. It's dog eat dog and brown nosing is the only way to get ahead.
