We have the numbers. It is apparent the majority feel strongly against the greedy direction MF has led the company. We have to unite. I'll be honest, I don't know how but someone has got to know.

I've read several times HR and leaders are reading. How do we know this? And if HR is reading please note Humana Cares was a wonderful company. Wonderful. Happy workers increase productivity. HAH is a miserable place currently. Sure MF numbers have gone up but I can assure you the quality has gone down. It's the only way to meet metrics. these are not bitter employees making comments. These are college educated professionals being harassed and bullied. Who do we stay? Well mortgages food cars etc. HR if you are reading......help us!!!!! This is not right. Everything has been taken away. Wellness, flexing. We are supposed to be able to flex and meet weekly goals. But if you don't make a minimum of 10+ calls daily, you are hearing about it.
There was a head's up on our future and little elaboration can happen in the moment and to just prepare and be realistic with yourself and maybe it's time to join together on some other outlet in social media to organize together without Humana eavesdropping. HAH leaders/hr that are secure and are watching this....you are pathetic and disgusting. I don't know about you, but I'm sick of killing myself for their pockets to be further lined, our members screwed and us rewarded with a termination or layoff. PS, Don't worry about terminations people. Humana cannot give reference about your job performance and/or COMS/Coaches cannot speak to your performance...good or bad!!! HR policy. If they did they would set themselves up for lawsuit so don't fear termination threats, especially knowing we are probably going one way or another. If we stick together knowing we are going down, ensure each other that we will give references to each other and lets take "THEIR METRICS" DOWN, DOWN, DOWN!!!!
