They have to overhire because the expectations, lack of training, poor systems and poor management. This company went down the drain in the last few years. Nobody happy. Overworked. The amount of people who quit after completing training is so great. You don't have time to do a quality job and actually help people. They make you practially stalk members even if they don't want to be part of the program. Maybe this will be a blessing in disguise.
