I think this is in reaction to political changes such as the DOJ or changes that will be occurring in healthcare from reactions to the new administration. It doesn't matter whether it is Deb or Rep, Medicare often has changes ready to go and they wait until a new administration comes in so the public thinks it is a result of the new administration.
I find it ironic that Yates was let go, Sessions is being considered and then we have lay-offs in a few days. So, is there a possibility the merger will go thru and they need to get rid of folks?
Aetna lost people at the end of last year so maybe it is our turn. They feel as though they would have too many people with a merger. OR what type of things are coming down with medicare?
