This company self promotes it's own leadership so much that it becomes a joke! the quote in the title of this post is from the founding sponsors for the Superbowl this weekend. This is the message that cost Noble Energy $25 million to promote. Why didn't they say "we the leaders of Noble energy are so great that you don't even need to consider how poorly we operate". maybe this is the reason why previous lay offs have focused on the workers, and not the leaders.

I wonder who DS, SC, GW had in their 50 yard sideline box during the Super Bowl? They were probably high fiving each other over their achievements which would not have been achievable had it not been for their predecessors.
Thanks for the clarification - I was unaware that the money was spent in 2013. I guess it makes sense that a stupid decision, was made during a stupid time. Still an extremely bad expense that shows absolutely 0% return for the company.
remember the money was spent in 2013, when the oil industry was going gangbusters. I guess the plan was much different then than it is now, to the tune of billions.
Noble is such a joke. It's laughable.
Complete and total waste of money. Could have been used for so many better purposes in the community other than a Noble executive perk.
Shame on the board of directors for allowing this in the wake of an industry downturn and layoffs.
