They are putting the pressure on the HAH Staff, and using Metrics to get rid of underperformers so they won't have to pay unemployment, but failing to realize they are stressing everybody out, and we are suppose to be a health and wellness company, but all the Staff have High Blood pressure, anxiety, carpel tunnel, blindness and it's taken a toll on our bodies, they pretend to care about the members, they only care about the $$$, they use the term contributions in order to get a raise, you can't contribute anything time is already stretched,, They are just like the rest of the Corporate America, they don't give a rat's butt about the employee's .. I am no longer drinking the Kool Aide..

Top performer here, E in Evals,SME roles, and cut. Humana is a company that takes and takes! Humana at home let's be honest... there is no incentive to do better, you do better because of the underlying fear of being fired over ridiculous metrics! It's not member focused, it's well these numbers look good on paper. I'm taking this as a blessing in disguise.

Agree totally seems like something is going to happen just hoping not licensed personnel
