12%? Are you high or trolling? Or that is a typo where you added 2 at the end?
HPD open now. So reviews can now take place.
From managers I've spoken to, raises range from 1 to 12% domestically. So, some will get some much needed and deserved increases.
Not every department is all doom and gloomy.
I've heard from Feb 16th until mid March for reviews,
MIP is funded less than expected and raises at 2.2% whooo hooo! That font even fill last years gap if the furloughs,
Put that in your Pip and smoke it.
Nothing wrong with being a 4. There's someone for everyone.

Take a look at the HPD calendar, nothing is open yet. HPD ssytem opens again "mid February", so reviews will start then, until around mid-March.
Band 4 or a 4 in the 9 block?
Aero is scheduled for March if you're talking about merit reviews.
