Cote should go on under cover boss or any body else that belongs to the ALT. What an ear full they would get. No guts and don't care what the real worker is going through.

If he did go on the show it would really be sad for everyone to see what a cheapa$$ he is when he gave out "rewards" to deserving employees like cafeteria lunch tickets and peer star awards!
Even though it wasn't intentional, didn't Cote already go undercover at a site in Florida where he wasn't recognized and it ended with the ban on working remote? It may not be a good idea for it to happen again and see anther benefit taken away.
And furthermore, I've been right in there in the mud at a HON major production facility, and I can assure you that Cote wouldn't be able to last 1 full day in his own production environment without getting fired. He'd get a good dose of his own medicine. First the lack of knowledge, ability, then the pressure. And he thinks his "wrench-turners" get paid too much! For sure, he does.
Cote would stand out like a walrus around there. He probably wouldn't fit in well with ordinary people as he probably has little experience. He has little respect for "lessers" from what I've heard as he regards factory workers as "wrench-turners". With his "gumbah" accent, unless he was in gumbahland, they'd all know this guy is some sort of imposter. He probably couldn't figure out how to log into SAP, let alone use it. Keep quiet and just call security!
I would want him to do it just to see how crippling, costly and ineffective his silly HOS, RTY, and various other policies really are
Someone in leadership at Honeywell would have to give a ____ first. Most CEO's do not give one flying flip about their employees, because their loyalty lies with the shareholders.
Cote doesn't care. When he's not out to ruin employees lives, he's shooting a hippopotamus. He's the lowest form of life.
Seeing Timmy eat his own Baloney would disturb the audience of a family show.
