Drama - ROFL - - No benefits - High deductible medical which should be free - no dental - prescription is horrible - no work from home - and the company doesn't want anyone giving personal recommendations for new jobs - RIF candidates having to sign legal paperwork about not making any "disparaging" comments - There's no need to make ANY disparaging commentary because everything I've written above is true. Leadership cashing in on huge stock sales - get real - LMAO - the leadership is getting exactly want they wanted an overseas workforce - everything outsourced (even at higher cost) - There is no drama, only factual commentary....

You forgot that Honeywell also cut the Managerial bonus in half.
Hey OP, pay attention, we really don't care what you have to say. We know the truth and feel bad for people with the wool pulled over their eyes. By the way you think this stuff is leaked on accident?!? It's meant to drive doubt, wedges, fear, and ultimately -attrition. The real fear monger is delivered by your leaders
Almost forgot the work from home fiasco, which never got a final definition on possible exceptions.
99% drama? Let's not be foolish and forget facts:
-
RIF completed in Sept after dragging on ~6 weeks
-
second RIF in 3 months officially communicated to us but not yet completed, with no timeline
-
2x furloughs this year so far, Q4 numbers not likely to be made (giving reason to believe another one around the corner)
-
no merit increase this year (no reason to believe there will be one next year)
I'd say people are entitled to complain and be worried. If you don't like it you can always bugger off.
Tell us something we don't already know. Do you have anything to actually add or just posting another worthless topic to weed through?
