I have not reached my breaking point and have much vested in Honeywell. There is an age and circumstance where it does not behoove one to move on. I don't believe very many people have the stomach for a union strike. What would work is everyone show up and not performing any work. That would drive them crazy looking at the productivity reporting.... Ha Ha Ha That is how you really send a message.

Abandon ship. I did. The best find better opportunities elsewhere. The worst get RIF'd. What's left, the solid 5 block hangers on.
You write like someone's holding a gun to your head keeping you here. If you're that mad then just quit.
It takes hourly people on the production line to shut down the company. They furlough all salary ISC folks for a week at a time and manage to keep production moving.
Do it and show them who really insurance the company!
What a great idea. Who needs a union when you have websites like these to organize coordinated "sick days"?
ALT is not waiting for the sick out thing to happen, so they are outsourcing many jobs to 3rd parties like K&N, KBR, and Celestica.
It sounds great but hard to organize with this forum. It would be awesome just once to shut them down instead of them telling us to sit out for a week with no pay not once but twice
I would love to see every Honeywell employee call in sick for 1 week. They would be completely shut down and nothing Dave could do about it. Everyone came down with a case of "sick and tired" and can't work for a week :)
If you complain about working there every day to your co-workers and your family, it DOES own your soul. Get out, now. Before it takes your life.
