Thread regarding Schlumberger Ltd. layoffs

Good read for all SLB managers to read https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/why-good-employees-quit-donn-carr?trk=hp-feed-article-title-like

Recently I tried to go back to work for SLB after being laid off with them early 2016. During this adventure, promises were made to me regarding the position which made it appealing. I was getting curious, so I checked it out and thought what the heck you know. ......... I accepted due to my trust in what the Mgrs was telling me. Shortly after I signed the offer letter that was 50% less than my previous SLB employment, promises that were made quickly faded.

After starting, the Job didn't entail to what I was initially informed it was. And sadly these Mgrs wanted myself to break driving safety policies so to get the work done and meet their revenue plans. I was actually told by a Mgr that "to hire more people we have to have Revenue 1st". What.......????? how does that work I thought. By this point I realized I was dragged into a mess. I noticed I was watched daily by GPS tracking, had about every software to-do-list shoved down my throat that I had no time to even attempt to work in and lastly they, Schlumberger, couldn't afford new tires on the Company Truck I was issued that already had well over 120,000 miles on it. The driver side blinker didn't even work. Yes, this is Schlumberger readers. By this particular moment of realization of taking this job, I concluded I made a big mistake. I just walked away, told them to get the Co. truck off the yard.

You all been warned......

Did they offer more completion bonuses? Was it the same set of managers?
