Mahoney will be retiring soon. Him and Darius don't see eye to eye at all. Let's just hope Madsen doesn't take over. He has already pushed too many people out.

Yep. Reorg with be announced in January 2017. Directors and above will go through training followed by the announcement. Not sure of the exact details; however, it appears that businesses could be split up to 1980's model; site specific to product lines. My source revealed the unlimited vacation for salary employees (it happened), a regorg and a pension buy-out.
