The Honeywell Defence and Space business is in total turmoil. Carey Smith abandonment has really shaken up Honeywell D&S business pretty bad. After Kurt moister was fired and Marty Sherber rapidly moved over to cover, then Zach Keller left to manage all of the OEM business, and Tom Hart moved to cover DAA when the hated Heath Patrick was removed to run C&PS, taken all his minions with him, leaving Tom Hart to pick up the pieces of all this left behind, and now Tom Hart trying desperately to back fill as president, in each meeting decisions now reek of desperation instead of sound business judgement.
With a reorg soon, no one knows who will be left in charge if anyone. Like Madsen once did, Heat Patrick thinks he has Mahoneys ear, but also like Madsen, Heath Patrick is walking on people and making enemies not only in his organization, but across the business units and with customers
