To a few morons on here it is Puerto Rico not " Porto Rico " and unlike China , India or Mexico it is a U. S territory ... that said HW became a terrible place to work I left just over a year ago .

It's unrealistic to think Trump cares. All he does is pretend he cares so he gets media attention, but he's just as sh--ty and greedy as Dave Cote. So don't rely on him to 'save' Honeywell.

Trump will love To take on Honeywell. Honeywell sends manufacturing to china, India, Mexico, and outsourcing many jobs to India, Porto Rico, the Baltic states, and bring product or software back to us to skirt made in USA laws and then sells to us government.
Need to raise flag and get tariffs on Honeywell parts if they do not bring the jobs back and stop the furloughs

Trump is mainly concerned with the optics of shops closing down because of clear repositioning of the manufacturing jobs overseas. I don't think minor rifs, furloughs, or reductions in benefits are his top priority.
