I have been working at Honeywell full-time (More than 10 years)
Pros
What can I say about such a great company. If you've read the reviews, you'll see what a great company it is, I often wonder how much money they make writing those wonderful reviews. I personally like the fact that we have no raises, it's a good thing to get used to, and not having a raise in nearly 10 years helps. Benifits? Who needs them, we don't, and thankfully we have none. And how could I forget the all the time off, great for employee moral, and no one misses the pay. And now the greatest thing of all, unlimited vacation, that is of course your boss approves it, you're not busy, or needed, there's money in the budget and the timing is just right for Honeywell. Remember the Honeywell motto: "Ask not what your company can do for you, ask what you can do for your company". PTL
Cons
The only con's I can think of is that we are overpaid, we still have too many benefits, and far too much time on our hands. please stop, all the kindness is killing us.
Advice to Management
I think if you can abolish the minimum wage, most of your employees would work for you at $0.50 per/hour, and 0 benifits, in fact I'm thinking of opening up a "Give to Cote Fund". Again, if you read all of the great reviews, you'll see that most of them agree. If anyone disagrees, we'll have them PIP'ed.
