That explains why 'want-listing' from fheg has been frustrating & a failure. They are using stores as warehouses, expecting IST's to clean up shelves.
That explains the ghost town of work in the adc. I guess i believe the rumorbthat Ray is willing to sacrafice sales to limit E&O. It must have slipped his mind that it takes books in the warehouse on the shelves to sell and make money.
The word has been spreading and students have gone away from Follett. They get a better return elsewhere like Amazon who will pay much more for books than others.
