Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Tim Mahoney - Petition (Please Read.....)

This is a petition for the removal of Mike Madsen from his leadership role. MM is a Tyrant, arrogant and condescending leader that must go. Any commitments that he has made to the business, DC or shareholders will fall well short for one very important reason, he has lost the "will" of the people. I understand we may need to make some changes within this organization, and change the trajectory of this company but that will not happen under the MM leadership. Ask yourself this, as you read through this anonymous site, why is there so much passion around one man. Ask yourself this, would you rather go to battle with 18K ISC employees fighting with you or 18K running from you. Ask yourself this, why does he have members of his leadership team step down, why can he not fill vital leadership roles or recruit external talent. We may never win this battle but I would much rather "fight and lose" together than to "give up" before it starts. We have very aggressive goals that require 18K ISC employees to follow the lead of this man, but unfortunately that that will not happen. His pointed threats to put entire departments on a PIP or replace every leader has waned on this organization in such a negative way that 17' is lost before it even starts. The ISC Org. will never meet the Revenue, OTTR, Inv, Past Due and Productivity objectives under his direction for one very important reason, none of the 18K will rise every day and work hard for him, we are on the verge of "mutiny" within this organization. As a Sr. Leader and officer of this company, if you don't have the "Will" of the people than what do you have?

This is a petition to my fellow employees and colleagues to encourage your team's to keep this thread alive, petition for Mike's removal. Pass this site along (anonymously of course) and encourage your colleagues to read and respond. How many responses do your need before the Aerospace ALT act's?

P.S. Members of the ALT, "Wake Up", your future is in his hands, can you sleep at night knowing that the future direction of this company is in the hands of this tyrant. How does it make you feel, you need to rise and speak.

Most times I do post reliable info that benefits the Honeywell community at large. If this blog does not have at least a few crazy rants it will become boring. This is a place we should be able to say whatever we want... good, bad, informative, crazy rant. Most people don't post what site they are posting about, so that could improve. For the most part it is fairly easy to sift through what is true, opinion, question, or just pi$$ed off

Amazing how Honeywell is going to spend 10 million to do what other companies have already figured out doesn't work. Huge increases in sick time and over 40% decreased productivity.

this kind of "praise" serves only to solidify MMs position in Honey hell, a company which values your a$$holiness well above your technical competency. The poisoned mgt culture here is the biggest reason I would never get into mgt here, even though I was identified as a high.potential candidate. NO THANK YOU!!!

I'm no happier than you but I do look at things realistically. This board is about rumor and not trying things that won't be successful so didn't time and energy getting out from underneath MM.

Who is this Honeywell employe who keeps saying things like "Honeywell is not a democracy" and "leave or change jobs"? This is an obvious plant from leadership, or it is Mike Madsen himself. No one that is happy with the way Honeywell is going comes here to read the posts.

Anyone here that talks lovingly of Honeywell is from HR or the ALT trying to get intell or to change the narrative like they do on GLASSDOOR
