Most of these former employees are the ones who built Follett over the 1980's, 1990's, and 2000's. The ones who knew the industry and Follett processes.
To the idiots mocking us- because I was escorted out like a criminal after many years, I never got a chance to say goodbye to the people I actually like at Follett. The FB group gave us the opportunity to catch up. Open forum to see all of the others let go in the past 4 years. Wasn't started as a group to bash the company- admins will delete mean posts. But you sure can be a lot more open on the site than on this board. Losers stay with Follett. The smart ones move on while retaining those great relationships.
You know what? I can say just about anything. I don't work there. However the group is professional. We haven't ripped anyone. Are some glad Don is gone? Yes. And MLS? Yes. If you are worried, don't join or post on FB.
There are a couple members of that group I would be HIGHLY cautious of talking around.
200+ people probably don't know you. It's not ICE. it's a group of people bonded by a crappy company.
Is this for the Follett "Ice" employees? I don't recognize a single person in that group and I've been here for YEARS!
La-HOO, suh-HERS.
20 new members in a day!
I will have to check this out
Group called Follett Alumni. Closed group, must request to join. You don't need to be ex employee, but they are very careful about who joins. No bashing allowed, but open honest comments by many of those you love and remember. Nice to see what everyone is doing, and no anonymous comments like this site. You know who you are talking to.
Do I have to be a ex employee to join?
Can't find Follett Alumni Facebook group.
Wow. A lot of people I respected and knew are members. Thanks.
