From ISC's Townhall: Madsen just announced that there will be NO furloughs in what's left of the year and in Q1 of 2017.

Mike M. also said he reads this blog. It sounded like the RIF is still on but going through legal. We won't make our numbers, stand back and look at what you guys have done to the purchasing folks, all the VMI and employee outsourcing in the world won';t make the parts come in on time. Watch what bullying the supply chain gets you... LMAO. Management is dropping like flies, there is a furlough and RIF in our near future.
Mike M., it is no secret you are difficult to work for. You cannot keep making the numbers on the backs of the employees. If this were a small business you would have already filed for BK. Think about this, you had an ISC work force putting in mega hours working from home, I'm sure you can seen the VPN usage going down, but at what cost? ALT has successfully made excellent employees really PO'd. Can't you guys read the many, many post that show how much the "old timers' loved working at this place, now everyone just wants to get out of this place. We get it... things can never go back to how they were, even with DT's theatrics. Remember, we are all watching your actions and words!!! The "Millennials" will get our great training and walk. Can't you tell everyone is afraid to tell you the truth. I thought it was funny that you said "I signed us up to make the number", now it's "US"?? News flash how do you think the guys in the trenches felt when Davie boy took his $65M this year? Stop changing for the sake of changing.
If anyone believes Mike M. on there not being any furloughs or RIFs in December based on Q4 numbers then they have been living in la-la land with unicorns and rainbows!
So you're saying we WILL have a furlough in 2016? It was always my belief they would drop in a furlough late in December and freeze us out of the time work bench. I started to think otherwise this am, but you're saying it is on for DEC? Any proof? Or just a rant?

Wonder if they record the meeting for later playback for the people who could not make the meeting? Then listen intently on the wording and HR response.
LOL you guys are funny, I started with this company when it was Air Research. It was a great company back then. But now, if management speaks take 1/2 of 1 % as truth, the rest is B.S. The only thing upper management cares about is how big of a bonus there going to get. If you believe that no layoffs of furlough's are going to be coming. Guess again, for AERO to make the numbers in this 4th Qtr. There going to need all of us unfortunate employees saltires to get there.
I would look around Dec. 22 for layoffs and Furlough's for everyone else the last week of Dec. By showing a saltires decrease, shoes a better bottom line. Thus a bigger bonus for all the upper management types.

He said they currently did not have PLANS for a furlough.... that only means any possible plans have not been finalized to the point of being able to be communicated.
RIF is still on. That is scary comment
ISC is related to production only. Since they bring in revenue they are less likely to get hit. Anyone in a support role is more vulnerable to furloughs. And Yes always read between the lines when mgt speaks.

He said no furlough IF Honeywell hits its numbers. The door was left open for future furloughs.
