Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

In the E&T town hall some clown had a take away on his slide that said "stick with us" guess they are seeing an exodus they aren't comfortable with...... I thought they were having RIF's, furloughs, gutting benefits, cutting bonuses, delaying raises & this jerk wants us to "stick with them", for what? So they have thier jollies & fire us, screw them!

Why would anyone want to stick with a company who keeps sticking it to the employees? The contempt that alt has show the employees is inexcusable and certainly not making anyont want to stay. Just to keep getting beat on and insulted.

I remember a few years ago, we were told we needed to work more free hours so that additional head count could be justified. Just the opposite happened, we lost more people and the expectation of working free hours increased and remained. "Stick with us" is complete b.s. It won't ever get any better because the people running the place are incompetent. They created the $hitstorm of pi$$ing of customers and the people that make things happen. Now, they're going to have lie in the bed they made. The whole objective of the current changes in vacation, work from home, reduction in holidays, reduction in benefits, constant layoffs, and furloughs is to get people to leave voluntarily so that Honeywell doesn't have to pay accrued vacations and unemployment. Then, they can justify outsourcing everything to various cheap $hitholes around the world so that the execs can collect more bonus money while the company augers into the ground. The execs will still get their golden parachutes no matter what happens. So, they have no incentive, other than their own narcissism, to do anything but make things worse for a big payout. That's why Honeywell will never recover from the mess that has been made by Cote, Mahoney, and the rest of the crony fools that "run" Honeywell. Time to sell your shares and look for a green pasture. This one has too much $hit in it.

Must be the name of the game. The Aero ISC leader said the same thing in his town hall this morning. Stay at Honeywell. Could too many people be leaving? Wow - wonder what is making them leave?!
