Stay the path, stealing benefits and pay from you employees.

employees will put on a happy face and pretend to go along, supervisors and managers will do the same because we are all scared of losing our job. We know we are considered as a parasite by corporate leadership,

Honeywell's favorite tool is the PER survey to ask employees their opinion. if you answer you are happy with your pay, then they feel they are paying you too much, their favorite is do you feel secure with your job ? the ideal answer they want is no. They want you scared of losing your job. It has become a terrible company ever since it was bought by Allied signal.

smh, yes HOS is based or borrowed from Japanese system many moons ago. The reason it could not work are: it was used as propaganda , no leadership, and no accountability for anything and everything

Good hard working people don't want to stay, no matter what you offer them. Go back 3-5 years and see who you let go. Figure out what they did and how it impacted business and then you'll have your answer.....

No Layoff req'd at Torrance. Many people are leaving in January and before 2018... severance or not.... The brilliant "Unlimited Vacation" is the last straw!! We are supposed to believe that Honeywell will allow us to take as much vacation as we want? Sounds more likely that if you take the 5 or 6 weeks you've earned for the past 30+ years of service a PIP and RIF are in your future, using the rationale if we (Honeywell) can get along without you for six weeks per year.. you are not needed. I think they will find people just don't care anymore.

The failures today are all directly attributable to the ALT, no one else, because no one else is allowed to do their job, everything is micromanaged from the highest levels. Honeywell does not know how to delegate to the lowest possible decision level and then GET OUT OF THE WAY!

Buy Garmin and rename it Honeywell. Repeat process for other business segments. This how Allied Signal came into being 3 decades ago.
