Sounds like a few isolated cases of volunteers have left, will be interesting to see if next week (Dec 5th) they start the RIF activities or not. I expect 4-6% depending on how the salary breakdown of those being RIF'd. I believe the ALT leadership asked for a target 20% reduction, we have had approx. 2%, 2% & 10% from what I understand, so that would leave about 6%. The furlough they are waiting as long as possible to see what the final numbers look like before they make the decision. I have a feeling either before or after the holidays we will see a furlough, just my gut feeling.

How did we ever get to this repugnant state of affairs, where we’re being dictated to, and at the mercy of, unconscionable, incompetent imbeciles, who aren’t even capable of keeping their promises, or have any sense of common decency, or even a little bit of respect for us, to at least keep us informed of the status of their torture agenda? We deserve better! Peoples’ lives are in limbo, for the third time this year, waiting and wondering what will happen next, and when, and why the delays.

Of course, the same disrespect for our customers is what has led to the current state of the business, and the loss of confidence in our incompetent leaders, by our customers, and now us. The RIFs should have started with them, and ended with them, and then all will be well.

It is a shame what Honeywell is doing to the employees, vendors and networks.

A once employee mentality to reward hard working employees has taken on a Vampire's point of view where their employees have been forgotten for their role that once made the company a great company and place to work.

Its employees kicked to the curb for their hard and loyal work along with the Honeywell customer who is being thrown away like a piece of iron in the rain to rust away...........all for the sake of New Jersey.

I know of one volunteer leaving today in Tempe. Otherwise very quiet. Not sure if vacation plays a role in which day is the last day.

What building? What area? Can't believe they start on Thursday but never know. How about some specifics if you know. Voluntary or involuntary?
